In short
What the Framix AI agent is
An AI agent is a team member who answers in your place. It knows your services, prices, and schedule, and talks to clients in plain language — in chat on your site, in messengers, and by voice on the phone — shows open time slots, and carries things through to a booking, an order, and payment. Not "leave a request, we'll call you back," but a finished line in your calendar.
Why you need it
- Whoever replies first, wins. Clients write in the evening and on weekends, and they decide in that same minute — they won't wait until Monday.
- You're with a client, driving, or busy with someone else. The agent answers "how much" and "when can I come in" at that moment, in your own words.
- The same questions come up again and again. Format, price, duration, how to get there — the agent answers from your own materials, without you and without losing details.
- Requests come in from everywhere. Your website, messengers, and calls land in one place, and each client — with their whole history — lands in one card.
Three things in one dashboard
Usually people buy these separately and stitch them together themselves.
Storefront
A site, store, or booking page built from a text description. Already have a site? The agent embeds into it with one line.
AI agent
Answers questions, helps pick a service or product, shows open slots, books appointments and orders, takes payment. By voice too.
Client base
Bookings, conversations, orders, and payments in one card per person. No integrations or exports between services.
One plan for everything — no need to tally up integrations or separate subscriptions.

For your niche
Set up for what you sell
No need to piece together a calendar, an agent, and a client base from different services. One dashboard covers conversations, schedules, bookings, and payment.
Psychologists, coaches, consultants
- The agent answers questions about format, price, and duration
- Shows open time slots and books a consultation
- Takes a deposit — the slot is locked in for the client
- Doesn't discuss the client's actual issue — that's your job
- A history of conversations and bookings for every person
How it works
Starts with one link — the agent takes it from there
Give it a link to your website, VKontakte page, or Telegram channel — the agent reads it on its own and puts together a list of services with durations. All that's left is to double-check it.
Services — from your page
The agent pulls names, durations, and prices from your website or social page. No coding, no spreadsheets to fill in.
Schedule — yours
Working hours, breaks between clients, days off, and vacations. The agent will never offer a slot that's taken — it picks open ones on its own.
Channels — with one link
Website, Telegram, VKontakte, Avito, and calls to your own number. Same logic everywhere, conversations land in one shared inbox.
Link to your website
One dashboard instead of a zoo of services
Everything you need to book clients
One dashboard instead of a dozen subscriptions
An AI agent, schedule, booking page, client base, and payments — all in one place, no integrations between services.
Every client comes with a history
Bookings, conversations, and payments come together in the client's card. You can see who visited, what they asked, and when they'll be back.
An AI agent on call when you're busy
Answers at night and on weekends, picks a time on its own, and books the appointment. Example conversation:
See what's happening with bookings
Ask "how many bookings this week?" — the assistant pulls conversations, bookings, channels, and spend into one answer.

Products in chat
The client says what they're after — the agent shows products
Not a list of links, but cards straight from your catalog: photo, price, and an order button right in the conversation.
- Prices and stock — from your catalogVariants, sizes, and what's left. Anything out of stock is marked.
- Payment right in the conversationBy card through your own merchant account — the money goes straight to you.
- Delivery and the order land in your baseCourier, CDEK, or pickup — the order and the client land in CRM right away.

Voice and calls
You can just call it
The AI agent picks up on a phone number: it answers from your price list, checks open time slots, and books the client right during the call. The number below is our own — the Framix agent answers it. Call it and see for yourself.
Live number · an AI agent answers
8 (863) 322-63-45ИИ-агент Framix — тот же, что отвечает в чате на этом сайте will pick up. Ask about pricing, channels, or whether Framix fits your business — and feel free to interrupt mid-sentence.
Call nowThe call is billed at your carrier's regular rate. The conversation is recorded: the agent says so as soon as it picks up.
Hi! You can type, or tap the handset and just talk.
On your website, the same thing starts with tapping the handset in chat — nothing to install, for you or your client.
Answers on your own number
Point your work number at the agent — it picks up at night, on weekends, and when five people call at once.
You can interrupt it
Changed your mind mid-sentence? It goes quiet and listens. It's a conversation, not a menu being read out.
Books the appointment during the call
Checks the catalog and open slots and books it — instead of promising to call back.
The whole call lands in CRM
Recording, transcript, and caller number — in the same conversation. The client's card is created automatically.
- Minutes — included in your plan
- Paid plans include up to 160 minutes a month: the same pool as bot replies, a minute of conversation uses five replies. Beyond that — 10 ₽ per minute.
- The number stays yours
- You buy it from any carrier and point it at the agent. You submit the request from your dashboard, and we connect the number once it reaches our line.
- You pay the carrier for the line
- Framix doesn't sell phone numbers — reselling call minutes is a licensed carrier activity. You only pay us for the agent's minutes.
What it sounds like
Example calls
Real recordings of calls with the voice agent. The caller's voice has been altered and their name and phone number removed — everything else is verbatim.
Finds a specialist and quotes the price
The visitor describes what they need in their own words, the agent finds a matching specialist, states the price, and submits a booking request.
Finds a specialist by name and confirms the booking
The visitor names a specific specialist, the agent submits the request and confirms the booking notification arrived.
All from a phone — nothing to install
The client's journey from the first "hello" to a booking
Five steps that Framix handles on its own. You step in where you decide to — the agent does the rest, even at night.
- 1

The client writes in
Website widget, Telegram, VK, MAX, or Avito — every conversation in one feed.
- 2

The agent answers on its own
Answers from your knowledge base and suggests the next step. You can step in at any moment.
- 3

AI builds a profile
Mood, request, traffic source, and conversation topics — without a single survey question.
- 4

Went quiet — followed up
Framix drafts a message to whoever dropped out of the conversation. All that's left is to read it and send.
- 5

A lead lands in CRM
Contact, conversation history, and deal status — the card builds itself.
Why an agent, specifically
Why an AI agent, instead of…
There are four common ways to handle "answer clients and book them." Here's the honest difference between them and an agent.
Instead, you get
…hiring another front-desk person
A person costs a salary every month, works their shift, gets sick, and takes vacation. Late-night messages and the rush hour, when several people write in at once, still go unanswered.
The agent answers everyone at once, any time, and hands you the tricky stuff: you join the conversation yourself with one click, and it goes quiet. Your front-desk person doesn't disappear — they just stop fielding the same "how much does it cost" over and over.
Instead, you get
…setting up an autoresponder or voice menu
"Press one to book" pushes the work onto the client and ends with a promise to call back. No booking comes out of that call — just a task to call someone back.
With an agent, people talk in plain language and can interrupt it. During the call, the agent checks your schedule and creates a real booking — the call ends with a line in your calendar, not a note to follow up on.
Instead, you get
…building a button-based script
A button script works as long as the client follows the drawn-out branch. One step off it — "I didn't understand that" — and the person goes back to messaging you directly, which brings back exactly the work this was supposed to remove.
The agent answers from your own materials — price list, service descriptions, FAQs — and understands a question phrased however the person phrases it. What it doesn't know, it says so honestly and suggests asking you, instead of making something up.
Instead, you get
…stitching together several services
A chat widget, a booking calendar, a CRM, and a payment provider — that's four subscriptions, four dashboards, and integrations between them. Conversations live in one place, bookings in another, payment in a third, and the client's history doesn't come together anywhere.
Here it's one place and one plan: the conversation, booking, order, and payment happen back to back and stay in one client card. The merchant account is still yours — money from the client goes straight to you.
What the agent doesn't do: it never calls your clients on its own — Framix has no outgoing calls or cold-calling, it only answers incoming ones. And it doesn't argue with a person: the moment you join the conversation, it goes quiet.
An AI agent at work, live
Open it up and talk to it yourself
WeOkey is an online psychology service: people come in dealing with anxiety or burnout and book a session with a specialist. Clients write in around the clock, almost never during business hours. The conversations are handled by an agent built in Framix, with the same buttons available to you. Open the site and write to it — you'll see exactly what your client would see.
What the AI agent does there
- Answers at night and on weekendsThe peak of messages lands exactly when no one's at a desk. The agent answers right away, not "on Monday."
- Across every channel at onceWebsite, Telegram, and VKontakte — the same agent, one shared inbox, no need to answer in three windows.
- Carries it through to a bookingNot just a consultation: it shows the specialist's open time and locks it in for the client.
- Knows where to stopThe topic is sensitive, and the agent doesn't go there: it handles format, price, and booking — not the person's actual issue.

Data and legal compliance
The legal part is already handled
The agent collects names, phone numbers, and conversations from your clients — so the data protection question is going to come up. Here's what's already in place on our side, so you don't have to answer it yourself.
Data is stored in Russia
Servers, the database, and uploaded files sit with a Russian provider. Your clients' conversations and your site's content never leave the country.
The agent collects consent itself
Before the first message, the visitor confirms their data will be processed. For your own site, there's a ready-made policy template — no need to write one from scratch.
A data processing agreement, not just terms of service
You process client data through us — there's a separate data processing agreement for that. It's usually what a contractor is asked for during a compliance review.
You can see who processes what, and where
An open list of third-party services we use: why each is involved, what data it sees, which country it's in, and on what legal basis.
Keys are stored encrypted
Agent and payment provider tokens are encrypted before being saved, and shown masked in the interface — not even we can see them in full.
We never see card details
Payment goes straight to the payment provider. All that stays on our side is a token for repeat charges.
The actual requests to AI models are processed by providers abroad — they're named individually in our subprocessor list, and that transfer requires a separate consent.
Frequently asked questions
It's a program that handles chats and calls in your place: it understands a question asked in plain language, answers it using your services, prices, and schedule, and carries out the action itself — creates a booking, puts together an order, sends a payment link. Unlike an autoresponder, it doesn't ask the person to "leave a request" — it sees the job through, right in your own system.

Set up in one evening
Let the agent do the booking, not you
Tell it about your services and schedule — the agent starts answering clients and booking them the same day. Bookings, conversations, and payments land in one dashboard.
7 days of the “Pro” plan free · no card required
